Who we are

Kim is a wife, mother to two adult sons and a passionate South African. She has a sales and marketing background mainly in the IT Industry. She has been volunteering full time at the Mother Touch Academy since 2014. She is passionate about giving back and to a making a difference in the lives of those less fortunate.

Margaret has 4 children and is a grandmother to 6. When she is not running errands and managing the maintenance for the Mother Touch Academy, she volunteers at her local police station and knits blankets for charity. Margaret loves spending time in her garden with her dogs and cat, playing bridge and regularly meeting up with friends. In her early life she was in sales.

Nothando is a hardworking, empathetic, dedicated and resilient woman. She is a good listener and a team player. She is a qualified teacher and has been working with pre-school children since 2004. She ensures that all learners under her care are fully equipped to start their academic journey in Grade 1 with a solid foundation, enabling them to excel in all aspects of live.

Pratika is a seasoned senior manager with over 14 years of banking experience and has a passion for the potential that entrepreneurship holds in transforming peoples’ lives. When Pratika isn't working or spending time with her two boys, she enjoys using her skills and experience in making the Mother Touch Academy an even better school. Pratika holds a Bachelor of Business Science Degree from Rhodes University and completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration at GIBS.

Trish is a wife and mother to three daughters. She is a qualified pre-primary teacher and taught for a number of years as well as ran her own playschool for 4 years. She loves young children and believes that pre-primary education is vitally important and a necessary foundation for every child.
